Hi, I'm Michael!


I am a Veteran from the United States Navy. I worked for the Eldorado Irrigation District for 21 years as a Grade IV Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator and retired. My wife and I decided to get our real estate license after buying, selling, and flipping many houses. My wife worked in the real estate field more than I did in the beginning, while I was working other jobs until we were ready to both pursue this journey full time. My wife became a broker and we decided to open our own brokerage. I did aquire certification as a certified home inspector by the international association  of home inspectors before we opened our new brokerage, so we might have a slight edge when looking at homes. +

“Michael & Kari we met quite by accident, while looking for retirement properties in the Mokelumne Hill area. Talk about patient, these guys must have showed us 15 - 20 homes during our search. We were looking for project homes (because I'm quite handy), one particular home in Mokelumne Hill Michael pleaded with us not to buy, because there was too much wrong with it...he was 100% correct. However the view of Mokelumne Valley was spectacular. Eventually after much searching, we zeroed in on a home on Butte Mountain in Jackson at 1550 feet. We needed a well water check, an electrical check, a septic tank check and a home inspection. Of course Michael and Kari had all of the contacts and made everything so easy for us. Lastly as we acquired the home and began to paint, clean and restore the place; the fire insurance company required us to trim some limbs from a tree which was reaching over the roof of the property. Who would know tree trimming services? Of course Michael and Kari. They truly are a wonderful and caring couple, who go the extra mile for their customers.
